Finbudcredit does not issue loans, evaluate creditworthiness, or collect payments from end customers. All credit terms and customer interactions are managed directly by you, the merchant.
By subscribing to any of our plans (Free Seller, Basic Seller, Pro Seller), you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as displayed on the Platform. Subscription fees are charged on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
All fees paid to Finbudcredit for platform services are non‑refundable once the service period has begun. We reserve the right to change fees at any time with advance notice.

We may suspend or terminate your account, without notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms, non‑payment of fees, fraudulent conduct, or any misuse of the Platform.
The Platform and all content, trademarks, logos, and designs used by us are the property of Finbudcredit or its licensors. You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written permission.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the Platform for your business needs. We do not provide financial or legal advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finbudcredit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold Finbudcredit harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third‑party rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
